Your motor tilted to the left because your mounting bolts are loose or broken and the
chain pulls it to the left.
Your left leaning motor must be taught a lesson.
Take a large sledge hammer and wack the motor back to the right!

Is what I do to center the motor to keep it from rubbing is to jam a screw driver between the pedal and motor then figure out next which side to tighten first to pull motor away. Thighten them all down then remove screwdriver spin the pedal make sure it clears.
