Pedal start, clutch released tuff start

Watch this video then this is a really good one on clutch 2.




Okay I took the clutch case off and I noticed when the clutch is fully engaged the clutch plate will randomly slip. Even if I adjust the flower nut and the cable tension both ways it still does the same, what could this be?
 
Here's a thought, take the clutch plate off, flower nut and watch for spring behind it, wipe down the pads and the back of the plate and put it back together.

Okay will do! I did edit my last comment I don't know if you seen the edit or not. I will take it all apart and clean it. Keep you guys updated it's been a headache I can tell you that. Hahah the more we know... The better.

Looks like the assembler had an extra pad and just broke it up and threw it in there. Give it a nice shot of some brake clean and fish out the broken bits.
