Pexmor good engines?

i actually used motoredlife because bicycle-engines were out of stock. After reading reviews for motoredlife, starting to get a bit worried. Still havent received tracking info..
I have done my best to expose motoredlife as much as I can...The owner/operator puts out decent videos but he is lousy at running his business and dealing with customers.

I wonder if i can just dispute the charge and get my money back, the fact that it says Sold and Shipped by Bicycle-Engines.com but bicycle-engines were out of stock, im going to assume im not going to get my engine any time soon

Good question...So it seems that motoredlife isn't stocking their own bought supply from the only official source of Phantoms but just re-orders through them to send it to you...Wow.

I'm in the same situation as you. I bought mine through Motoredlife just a week ago.. and still have gotten no response on a delivery date. I'm trying to find a way to just cancel my order as well..

I mentioned to someone in the past that if they are ordering either a Zeda or Phantom motor kit from Alex at motoredlife, what they REALLY need to be doing is call bicycle-engines.com up in Montana by telephone since they always answer their phones, and just simply state they ordered such and such Zeda or Phantom product from Alex at motoredlife only to find out through this forum that bicycle-engines.com is the ONLY official vendor of these products in the USA and ask them point blank if they have business dealings with this guy Alex and since it is their product he is selling and then not answering customers calls, emails etc. and even says Sold and Shipped by Bicycle-Engines.com

Let them know that Alex is ruining bicycle-engines reputation on the forums and has nothing but bad writeup reviews here and then lets see how long it takes to get Alex to communicate with customers...lol...lol.

Let us know what they have to say and especially let them know that you will be letting the forum members know how they are gonna deal with Alex, considering that it seems he is handling their product and even marking it shipped by bicycle-engines.com...I am almost willing to bet that something just might happen to stop Alex's silence and lack of customer service.

Too bad his customer service relations is no where near as good as his youtube videos.

This sounds like a productive phone call then, You mentioned "They referred to him as working for them", did you bring up a refund for the Phantom when that was said, or is it more or less that he is merely a vendor for them???...That can make all the difference in the world refund wise.

Keep us all informed if Alex suddenly contacts you after B-E.com contacts him about this, or if they are gonna make some commitment about refunds etc, on Alex taking money for out of stock items.
