She said she would not be able to help at all regarding a refund unfortunately. So he's basically a vendor I would imagine. Still no reply to the various emails I've sent to motoredlife as well. I genuinely feel duped!This sounds like a productive phone call then, You mentioned "They referred to him as working for them", did you bring up a refund for the Phantom when that was said, or is it more or less that he is merely a vendor for them???...That can make all the difference in the world refund wise.
