I'm in the process of assembling a Phantom 85 V3 engine and it's been a bit challenging. Maybe we just haven't found the right assembly instructions.

One piece that we can't figure out where it goes is below. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Well, here ya go then...lol.

The PDFs will automatically download to wherever you save your downloads to on your computer system when you click on them.

The Video will help you in assembling the cylinder, piston, rings, etc. and then assembling it all to the bottom end.

Should have included that we got the engine already put together. So maybe we don't need this part?

If you had gone through the instruction manual I put out there for you to download, you would have seen it listed at the very end of the "Items in the Kit" on page 3 of the instruction manual.

I have highlighted its listing below.

Items in the Kit

85cc 2-stroke engine (1 pc cylinder & head)
Performance CDI
Reed valve air intake
High performance Speed carb
Black tear drop gas tank (2L) w/ new fuel
cap, fuel valve, fuel filter, and fuel line
415 Heavy Duty chain with chain guard
Ball bearing chain tensioner
Ultra-quiet muffler (Stainless steel with
sound insulation cotton inside)
Throttle assembly w/ gooseneck style
throttle cable
Twist throttle & cable w/ grip & kill switch
New quick release clutch handle
Large front mount for bikes with large down
tubes
Available with 36, 44, 48 tooth rear sprocket
Spark plug socket & gear removal tool

I only had access to my phone when I looked through the instruction manuals you posted. We also bought the engine already put together so I still wouldn't have assumed that's what the tool was.

This makes sense and what I was somewhat figuring. Very much appreciate the help!!!

I keep telling folks in the forums how much they are missing because they are using their phones which is extremely limited when it comes to seeing everything that is posted...lol...lol.

Agreed, however most of the time I don't have time to sit down on the computer. I'm mostly on here while taking a break from working or while using the porcelain throne lol
