I am having issues getting the pipe to fit, the pipe is about 1-2 inches short, ive read that heating the pipe and bending it is a possible solution but i also saw someone in a thread say to cut the pipe and add a section of hose, no one even acknowledged his reply, though to me it sounded like a good idea, im brand new to building bikes and this is my first build, im just wondering what options i have in regards to fitting this pipe. Any and all help is much appreciated, i am ready to get this bad boy on the road already.

Pictures of your bike set-up would be extremely helpful to see exactly what you are working with.

You will not even begin to know how that pipe will fit until you get that motor mounted on that bike properly.

I use my homemade front motor mount so I am able to get my motor up high enough and aligned properly to get the pipe on in the first place.

These pics will give you a general idea...A commercially available front mount like mine is available at least here in the USA,

You will have to look for Amazon, etc available to you in Austria.

I ordered the part, the mount that came with the engine was too small and I ordered another one that has yet to come in the mail, I was checking other clearances in the meantime when I saw the pipe probably wasn’t going to fit

The pipe is always the last thing I put on once I have the motor, chain, etc. mounted correctly, I am even able to eliminate the chain tensioner because of the way I do this, I only have to cut the chains down to exact size is all.

Even with the pipe put on last just from the looks of it, I’m pretty sure I’m going to need to modify the pipe in some way, once I get all that done I’ll come back and update with more photos if I need to.

I also made a mount like Damien did. What frame is that?

I love those wheels. I want to run disc brakes but the bike I have isn't compatible. At least until I change my wheels I guess lol.
