I’m not sure what frame it is. I just jumped into this hobby headfirst without knowing anything about it really, learning as I go.

I think a CNC mount might solve your issue, or at least get a bit closer. You don't want to modify the pipe for the phantom, it's tuned for the engine

I ordered one, luckily the link that was sent earlier is actually able to ship to Austria, I’ve been looking for one for while to no avail, hopefully it solves my issue

Not 100% sure but looks to me like you need the adapter plate . I have 85 V3 and it fits well on beach cruiser frame. I tried as well w/o adapter plate. Exhaust was practically rubbing on front tire, plus frame interferance. My issue is the phantom is usually hard to start 75% of the time.Be very careful, it's got plenty or torque and enough power to kill you. I fractured my leg.
