Phantom 85 v4

Lol I meant going wot on the 66cc , i worded that wrong, I make sure to take breaks when riding so the case never really gets too hot to touch.

One interesting thing is I’ve been getting terrible gas mileage, I’ve almost gone through 2 tanks and I’ve only done about 60-70km which is weird, I’m thinking the reed valve delete plus the rich jetting is to account for this
I've had the opposite on my Phantom's...the bike weighs in at around 100 pounds or so and I am 220 pounds, I consistently get between 115 to 120 miles per gallon of gas...even during breakin on both motors, I never got less than 110 MPG.

Well ummmmm when I did that test a few weeks ago my bike weighed... what it does now, like 80-100 lbs, and I weighed 130.
But you didn't answer the last part of my question, how much do YOU weigh...I told you my bike is about 100 pounds, who knows, maybe more since in pics, it seems I have more stuff on mine, but more importantly, I stressed the fact I am 220 pounds, so a total of at least 320 pounds is hitting the road to get the mileage I am getting...I am betting that you must be at least 80 pounds less combined weight which would result in your 139 MPG figure you cited.

But I did lol.

and I weighed 130.
I only say "weighed" cuz I've gained like 5 pounds lol. Tons of work.

Wish I weighed 240 lol.

I converted my Phantom V2 to piston port and had to up the main jet size 2 points. (75 to 78) My Phantom did have some mild port work done though, so don't use my jet numbers for your bike directly.

As far as fuel economy, I would generally average about 105mpg(2.24L/100km) with a steady cruising speed between 30-35mph(48-56km/h)
I am a large man at 6'4''(193cm) and current 258lbs (117kg), and my bike weiged about 80lbs(36kg)

I’m assuming you’re running the stock Bofeng carb. Il probably switch to that as I wait for the jets and needles to arrive

P.s thanks for the unit conversions I appreciate it
