Phantom Bike's built-in tank MB frame

Has anyone seen one of these frames or heard anything about them? I've only seen them on BikeBerry:

Its roughly the same price as a Grubee tank-frame, and it's also aluminum. It reminds me of a Felt tank-bike.

That frame would even look good in an e-bike build, with the batteries mounted in the frame triangle.
