Fresh build,disc brakes,mags,26 in,no tensioners(none needed),commuter seat with rear light and springs,front shocks,very comfy very nimble,has cheap mirrors but has em, 1000$ is more than fair. I've been trying to sell two of mine. Asking 600 each which is close to what I have in them. No interest at all yet.

No bites at all. I didn't try too hard to sell them, just listed them on Facebook Marketplace.
They are out of sight, out of mind stored in a shipping container.
I will fire them up latter this summer. The main thing that people are afraid of is the fact that they are illegal to ride because they are gas powered. This simple fact never stopped me and I had no problems with the police.
We are still on the mantra that gas is bad and battery power will be the savior of us all.
With anything electric here you can run amok with no problem. People ride the stand up E-scooters which are illegal according the the laws but without repercussions.
