The spark plug is inaccessible with a wrench due to clearance with the frame, it doesn't have stripped threads or is stuck I just can't get a socket over it

What a PITA removing the head to remove a S/P. I've had that problem before

How much clearance do you have from the top of the S/P to the frame?
I figure you got a little room because the S/P boot fits on

Cut down a socket (short) then grind 4 flat spots on the sides to get an adjustable wrench on it
That's what I did

Another suggestion
Heat and bend a box end wrench 90* or whatever angle works

NGK BPMR6A plug is shorter in both threaded body (about 1/8") as well as the plug body end. I run the 7 heat range plug on my Phantom 85 and it works a treat and is great for tight clearances.

If you are running aluminum or brass for a head gasket it can only be reused once or twice before the metal work hardens and will stop sealing effectively unless you anneal it. Just a thought since you mentioned removing the head to check/change the plug.

If I had to guess, I'd say heat is causing problems. Engine timing could be favored toward more advance than usual.
Looking at pics in your gallery the magneto appears to only have 2 of the 4 usual bolts. The magneto also appears to be cocked a bit in the advanced direction....a bit of a clockwise twist.
My eyes could be deceiving me looking at the photo but it sure seems this way when I look at it.
I don't remember if you're running the 1/2 key retard or not but the mineralli conversion needs a bit of retard to help prevent problems.
Successive WOT rips will make the engine run hotter than usual.
Maybe get a temp gun from Harbor Freight and keep an eye on the engine temp to see if this IS an issue or not.

Crispy likes to blast them until they break and then ask why, no break in time no nothing, just get on and rip. R.I.P.

Just my 2 cents folks. Some nerds will use a Cray computer and a specialized spark plug wrench to install a spark plug correctly as they see it. Fooey on that. I've installed over a hundred in my time and finger tight, then seat it with a socket and it's good nuff. Never an issue ever over the years.

Try putting the socket on first then put the socket wrench on it, Seems to me like you got lots of room there.

Or buy a socket that you can use a adjusable wrench or use a pair of vice grips on it.

Would you mind showing us where that "lots of room might be"???...lol...lol.

A pic of his bike I just retrieved from another thread of his shows only enough room for his spark plug wire to attach to the plug and then it is touching the bike frame.

Ps...This is just another example of what I told the OP in previous posts here...Information needs to be provided, (along with pics), or we are all just wasting our time shooting in the dark to help out with his problems.
