Pipe keeps falling off and chain catching issues

Did you actually mean 6000 RPM and not 600...lol...600 is not even idle speed...lol.

I sorta successfully managed to do that with a 25cc weed wacker engine. It barely ran, but it ran lol.

So I did some work on the bike and I believe I solved both problems? I definitely fixed the chain issue, it was too loose and I made a contraption that works really good. The pipe so far isn’t showing any signs of falling off since I put the lock washers on but only time will tell for that thing.

Plane and simple my pipe keeps falling off. I'm currently using a minarelli style mz65 pipe on my Frankenstein engine, but for some reason the bolts keep ejecting out bolt holes, causing it to fall off. I've tried thread locker on the bolts but that still won't help it unless I'm just using crappy thread locker. The pipe actually came off the bike spinning 10440 rpm. I got lucky and the engine cutoff and no harm was done to the engine, but this pipe issue is getting annoying.

My second problem, which came out of nowhere, is my chain locking up on my bike. I have no idea where its locking up because it only does it when I'm pedaling the bike and use the engine to move the bike. It won't do it when the engine is disconnected and I'm spinning the wheel by hand. This started when I added the chain tensioner that most people get with their kits onto my bike because the bottom on my chain is too loose. For a while it was working but then it started does the clunking garbage and eventually resulted in the bolts holding my sprocket and rear disc in to eject out and make everything loose and lead to one of the bolts bending (its been replaced and fixed). But I now took off the tensioner and the thing is still clunking. Thanks for any help. Ill post pictures probably tommorow.

2 options. 1 longer bolts with lock washers AND waved spring washers with ALL the blue loctite or studs with the same washer and loctite. Happened alot to me to. I'm a a high rpm perfomance guy. Those threads are way deeper than you think so just super long bolts covered in loctite with black hardened lock washers and the waved ones stacked to make up the difference if bolts to long. Longer the bolt the better. You want like 10mm longer with prob 1 black and 2 thin waved washer on each side. I never use stock anymore they're trash

Oh they will prob lol the key to exhaust bolts is going WAY overboard lol
