piston clearance problem

Hello!
I have a problem.I want to change the piston and cilinder but it seems ths gap is too bigon the new parts...or am i wrong?I know that gap is measured with a special high precision tool,but i can only record the gap.
Please help!!!
btw the piston and cilinder and accessories are new,but with really bad spot where scrathes on piston and cilinders may appear.
Should i sand the bad ridges down (not affecting cilinder and piston surface contact) and install them or it wouldn t be a reliable fix?

rings do not matter..they only seal...they do not matter in this problem

I recently had to bore the bottom of a cylinder because the piston was too tight at the bottom. It would have gotten worse once they get up to temp. It basically took all the chrome off. We will see if it lasts. Tolerances are all over the place for Chinese motors.
