My mechanic has been helping me replace rings. Problem is, one guy removed the piston, took a few days for me to order parts, now that guy is not available. Another one is helping me put it all back together.
Now what direction does the piston go back into the jug?
He showed me tiny little counter weights on one side up inside the thing.
And there is a faint arrow etched on top. Great. Pointing to what?
My guess would be it points in the direction of the exhaust? But before we do this wrong, thought I'd come ask.
