My 80cc motor siezed a week ago, i ordered a new cylinder/piston kit from amazon and i installed it on my bike, only to figure out that they sent me a domed piston instead of a flat piston. The piston thrash is a little over 1/4" over the top of the cylinder and hits the head even with 4 gaskets, (only used the gaskets to get a basic measurement) what can i do at this point?

Theres more professional 2 stroke guys on forum than me, but what I would do is put 2 base gaskets in it to raise the cylinder up. Then set your squish on piston depending on your cylinder head design.

What engine is this? A high hole piston could be the cure or build it up between the cylinder base and case (bottom end) with a spacer or thicker gasket material.

Use soldering wire through the spark plug hole to test squish, put base gaskets to compensate. You are looking for .030" "head" to piston clearance (jug if you have a one-piece).
