PK80 build problems

hello all. I just begun my build. I installed the engine and was running the clutch cable and it said to pull the cable and see if the sprocket turns in the motor...I can't get it to turn...it said to wiggle it back and forth and still no luck. Any thoughts?

alright..got the bike running. Problem is the throttle gets stuck at full go and wont go back down...help!

Hmm, are you sure the slider is all together right? They take a bit of a touch to get it in right. Also has a little slot that it has to fit in to drop it down into the carb correctly.

I didn't place it correctly into the notch in the carb...**** rookie! I got it up and running now, will do some final touch ups and post some lovely pics...thing goes!
