Doesn't measuring the crank involve taking the motor apart like all the way?

No, just the part sticking out of the case that the clutch fits on to.

It kinda looks like a Predator 80cc, so most likely a 5/8" shaft. It could be a clone with an odd metric shaft though.

Nothing firing it up and using some sand paper can't fix lol.

Was looking on Amazon for 79cc predator clutches and they're all with chain sprockets. Not one with a ribbed belt sprocket. OP what engine, kit is that? Where did you buy it?

It looks like the 100cc kit they sell on ebay and amazon. There was a guy on here not to long ago that needed valves adjusted plus other stuff

I once contacted a vendor selling these kits. The reduction box is 5:1. Using this kit on 26" wheels gets you a top speed of 19 mph. For a higher speed the cheapest/simplest thing to do is change the 15t drive sprocket to a 22t. This would give you a top speed of 28 mph. If you kept the 15t drive sprocket you could change the rear 44t to a 32t; this'll give you a top speed of 26 mph on 26" wheels.

They can be as fast, it just takes a bigger displacement.
