Well, since the motorized trailer direction failed because I don't have access to a shop, I've just kept it an ebike.

Plus, my Dr's office lets me park it inside the waiting room while I wait, because it's not leaking anything...

Ah, well EBIKEs don't require anything as far as I know. They just need to be under a certain wattage and speed. But nobody will really know that unless you tell them so.

The penndot laws have changed a lot in 15 years, the newer version of that regulation does not say pedacycles cannot be titled anymore but Jen Michaels, a supervisor from penndot still says bicycles cannot be registered, end of story, the recent regulation says gas motorized bikes need to have a registration plate but nobody seems know how to do that, electric bikes are exempt, you figure it out ?
