Poor customer service

Is anyone else having problems with getting parts they ordered? The three times I have ordered parts it takes three weeks to receive them no matter what shipping method I use. When Ever I contact them I get all the run around excuses any business could make. A order does not take three weeks to fill and ship to a customer.
