We must be very careful about not breaking through to the outside of the cylinder!!
I am always afraid of hitting a cavity, too, in this porous cast chinesium. I had a huge one in the case threads.

This is very true I've seen some real nasty holes in some.

Bit more port work on a Super PK 80

If your running the standard intake they cut part of the skirt off at the back at the bottom so there’s more time for fuel to get into the bottom end
