So I recently ordered a new cylinder head for my wild cat PK80, 3rd transfer port a, window piston, I also got a reed valve kit and a Nibbi 24 mm carburetor and it seems like after I put on the reed valve kit with the window piston and everything I cannot seem to get the bike tuned right I've tried 95 jet through 105 jet with 40 idler jet and a 35 idler jet and it just seems like nothing is right I get the bike started up with a choke on let it sit for a second and turn the choke off and it hardly takes a rev before shutting off what do I do next? I've checked for air leaks, the whole nine.

"Reading is fundamental."
The carb is still too big now that he is running the reed valve and windowed piston...lol...lol.

Ps...I was going off his first post where is sounded like he added the Nibbi carby at the same time he got the reed valve kit.

Yea well before I had this reed valve on it my bike ran amazing with the 24mm and a 92 main jet.
Like I said my 22mm with the same setup was oversized making it impossible to idle properly.
but having said that, I kept it because once the rpms started building it loved the extra fuel lol.

Btw are we talking the G2 reed, because I wouldn't recommend running it as it comes.
Personally I drilled and retapped the 6mm bolts to 8mm bolts and made all new gaskets from fel pro material because they're notoriously hard to seal properly
