Is the avenger 85 a phantom clone?
I would recommend more thorough research on your behalf. The phantom is a great motor but I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner. Not because it's too powerful but it requires close attention to detail. It's not a bolt on̈ and go motor. User error can quickly turn it into a 300$ doors stop. If you decide on the phantom listen to EVERYTHING uncle Damien and impulserocket recommend you do.

Probably start with the avenger n dick around with it
It's an affordable and very easily modified motor! I happen to be VERY well versed in it and these motors in general. There are some details I strongly recommend tho.

This is a MUST for the avenger. Shoot me a message and don't pull the trigger until your sure! I haven't even heard about the 100cc you have yet. I'm more interested in that lol there some great deals out there rightnow for basic China dolls and for like 200$ in parts and some work you could build a real beast. I always recommend starting on a lower tier engine to hone your skills. I get 50mph outa my ld100 that's pretty damn fast on a bicycle lol
