Hi. I bought 2 80/66cc bycle engines. 1 works a treat but one will not start. All my components work on other bike But I noticed that when I removed the cylinder head and screwed the plug in and spun the wheel the head shocked my hand but no spark. Although if I remove the plug and place it on head it sparks no bother. Tried 3 plugs and all when in head don't spark but shock my hand.
