Potential Bike Frame

What do you think of this bike frame for a early motocycle styled bike?
To me the frame crys for a old style tank. I think the fenders have a good retro look too.

The bike is a Polaris from Wally-mart

Tell me your opinons or if you have seen one of these frames used for a motorized bike.

Not much working room in there and that front tube looks awful fat!

It an online purchase only. I wish I could see it to make some frame measurement. I think a nice fiberglass tank could be made to fit between the upper bars
