Power Kink 80cc - noisy gearbox

I'm running a PowerKing 80cc engine in a Manhatten Flyer (pic attached). The gearbox is quite noisy when not on the throttle. I've had it apart 4 or 5 times, tried greasing the gears, etc. but don't want to get the clutch pads "wet". It almost seems like it's just the cut of the gears and how they mesh when not under throttle.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the assist!!!

Thanks crazeehorse and thanks bsa for the lead. I tried a couple searches, but don't quite have it down I guess. I can't wait to get home tonight and play...yahoo!!!
