I was thinking after hours of struggling to bend my coaster brake arm on my bike I thought to myself, does anyone sell pre-bent brake arms? I think it would be a good thing if someone made pre-bent brake arms to make builds easier. Waiting a few days for it to arrive would be allot less of a hassle than trying to bend it myself.

All you need is a vice and big Cresent wrench.
Takes us all of like 3 minutes to tweak a brake arm at the 2 bend points for more bolt head clearance with just those 2 tools.

Next time I do a coaster brake arm I'll get a couple pics as I have another special thing just for breaking the bolt that holds it on loose.
It's about as 'Primitive Pete' as you get but it sure makes that job easy too.

I think the biggest difficulty is there is no universal offset. That offset in the brake arm effects chain tracking alignment.
Engine mounts don't all have left-right adjustment compound the problem.
At least that has been my experience with engine kits so far ( two builds ).
