I am curious. Take some pictures. I had to adjust the bolt length on my tensioner to align it and keep it from pulling the chain off the sprocket. Also check the chain for junked up links.

ok but like what im trying to say is the engine is not centered in the middle, it is tilted slightly. We will re alaign.

If the engine is offset from center then so to should the rear sprocket be spaced out to match.
If the engine is tilted rather than offset it will always have chain line issues, the output gear needs to be square/straight inline with the rear sprocket.

we got that bike working.
I am running a non reed set up and my intake sucks for my 21mm, can i buy a reed intake like this and just take the reed out and use it?
