Hi, I have a 66cc/80cc chinese 2 stroke engine that I bought off eBay about a week ago.
This is my first motor and took me about a day to set up, I finished everything then got to the clutch, when the clutch was pulled the shaft turned and hit the clutch pin and when the cover wasnt tightened properly it would force the cover off. I've been riding the bike for a few days now and everything is fine except the clutch is REALLY hard to pull and the clutch lever only moves about 3cm. Any idea's?
Sorry im only new and its probably hard to understand
Thanks :)

Welcome to the forum..The clutch cable is inherently hard to pull, this is due to the routing. There are a few things that can be done to make your pull on the handle easier. I heard of a "noodle" but I found out that I like this idea best..

If you do a search, you'll find some other mods.
