Project Check: What's in the works and what does it need?

Bike wise, a OCC with a phantom 85 for dad, a full ferring aluminum bike with an engine built to go to the moon, and slapping forks and a different tank in my hyper.

Now we aren't even gonna get started on my other projects. I have 3 project cars now (one just needs rear wheel cylinders. That's my towing rig) an audi I plan to just fix up and sell, and an EG Civic I'll probably have my fun with then sell.

And then of course I have a few things I need to do in the bus, and a ton of things I want to do with the shop itself. I've started liquidating projects I've decided I won't get to any time soon

Oh that reminds me, I do have an OCC. Haven't messed with it yet, trying to figure out a dirt bike wheel for the rear.
 
I'm still hoping to finalize my 100 cc 4T sooner than later. Just too many other things that have priority.
Slowing getting things checked off the list, firewood is done for a couple years, my old trailer is fixed up and sold to a good home. My Guzzi is still on going but almost finished installing more lighting then I'm done messing with it.
The list keeps going, all in the fullness of time.

I thought about the OCC some more and the plan is to put long fork from a dirt bike on the front. If the steer tube is too small, I'll just graph in the tube from the parts bike. I'll take the engine off the chopper for it and put my 2 speed 70 on the chopper.

But first, the Trailcat.
