Puch big bore kit.

The Minne horizontial has a 50mm square pattern with a 70mm diag. Its the same as a YD.
You will have to build it on a YD. You can get wrist pins/pistons in both 10&12mm for the Minnie. With the newer
bigger engines coming out Im seeing YDs drop a bit in price. My gut is aYD/Minnie will easily out do all but the stoutest modded CGs. And is cost effective too. Buy a engine only YD, a horizontal cylinder kit, a G2 reed set,
and a carb and you are basically there. Throw in a jog pipe and build away. I will do this at some point in the future.
No spacer? Is the piston the right geometry to clear? I'd assume with it will clear with out grinding or a spacer?

Treatland has (for the people) puch big bore cylinder kits with the 70cc hi hi cylinder head for $114 or did have for sale. They are from the measuring & research they are the same cylinder stud spacing as a 66/80cc china girl. It's why I thought about trying to use a puch kit.

Yes would have to have the spacer. The piston is basically identical to the vertical 47mm Minne so assume the geometry to be the same. One could make their own spacer from 3/8 aluminum plate. My spacer on the vertical is exactly 3/8. Im thinking the wider spacing-on the stud pattern is to accommodate larger displacements. I believe there is a 90cc version. Finding a head could be a problem, havent really looked.

There is a 90cc kit. Cheap enough. Didnt list the bore or bolt circle. Bet that would rock! Balance might be an issue. How about a sunburst, I believe it a 50cc though.
