Yes, I have to be careful not to damage the bearing. You guys are great. I'm
a college graduate but only limited skills as a mechanic with no special tools,
just ordinary DIY garage tools. I inherited some tools from my father that I
had to sell or discard like huge plumbing wrenches and a huge 50 lb vice.
Now I have a 4 inch vice from Harbor Freight and a cheap drill press, but I have
some mechanical skills and think I can do this. I'll have to wait for the kit
to come to confirm the dimensions. Not certain that all the Chinese kits
are the same, but I do have a caliper and micrometer to make sure
I'm ordering the right bearings.

My younger brother who is a mechanic says I can use a brake cylinder
hone to remove material until I get a tight fit. I don't want to use
freezing to press fit the bearing. I'll insert the hone into my drill press
and try to be very careful, and I'll use the socket idea to press fit
the bearings. It's a plan.

Another benefit of reaming the clutch housing to 21mm is McMaster-Carr
sells a flanged oilite bushing 15mm id x 21mm od x 25mm length
for $4.83. Part number: 6659K126.

I found a Boca bearing that would seem to fit without any mod other
than removing the Oilite and installing the bearings. It's not a
sealed bearing, but I'm not sure if it matters. These are expensive:
15x20x3.5mm

You should e mail that bearing Co. and ask them is they have it or can get it in a sealed bearing

The open bearing you'll have to keep greasing it and you'll get alot of fling off.
Grease will probably get on the inside of clutch drum and clutch shoes

Never thought about grease getting on the shoes. Good point.
I'll just stay with the sealed bearings.
