Is this a crap carb? I just ordered one to play around with. Currently using the older style nt carb with the chinese markings, works fine i just wanted to play around with some carb. Not going to spend hundreds on a carb.
Anyone know this carb or know the jet on it?

66cc with Aftermarket head and air filter, reed valve, poo poo exhaust, slightly ported wider. Stock jet (#70)

PZ20 came stock on my 2022 X-Pro Vader 125 (actually 127cc). From what I've read the stock jet sizes are #32 (pilot) and #89 (main). The jets seems just a bit small for the 125cc as it can't quite keep up fuel delivery to attain or maintain highway speeds. I'm in the process of looking for some alternate jets now. They specify the PZ20 for engine sizes ranging from 50cc-125cc but, as I mentioned above, it seems slightly undersized for the larger displacement of the 125. I hope that gives you at least some useful info.

Carbs usually come with a jet that is too big so ya don't blame them for burning up your engine because it was jetted too lean.
Too big of a main jet can make you engine seem like it's starved for fuel at top speed.
Try a 82 - 85 main jetting before ya start chasing phantom problems Also set the needle clip accordingly to performance

Thanks for the tips. I also just remembered that altitude is important in the calculation; I spend most of my time at 2500-2600 feet above sea level.

My 2020 xpro 125cc Vader after the airbox delete and exhaust upgrade definitely hates the pz20 now not really liking the chikuni 26mm either thinking I need to get a real kuni lol

Any chance you would want to offload that stock PZ20 carb? I'd like to have one to dissect and modify without having my bike down in the interim.

I've modded my stock one already I tapped the main jet to fit mikuni vm22 jets and still couldn't get it rich enough so I just got done adapting an extra intake to fit spigot mount and I put a NIBBI racing 24mm carb on it 105 main was a little to lean tho so I'm gonna see what 115 feels like next
