Running good. To half gas then 4strokes and will die if pushed farther. Whats wrong?

Really need to see the engine, can you post some pictures of it? There aren't a lot of 23cc bicycle specific use engines, most that size are for weedeaters.

Sounds like you may have the choke partially on. Was it running smoother at an earlier time?

Try it w/the gas cap off see if it runs good to make sure cap is venting. Check gas line going into tank for cracks and a pin hole also make sure it's going to the bottom of the tank.
