Question: how would you mount a 2 stroke onto a flat surface as opposed to mounting onto bike tubes?

just curious how to make extra mounting support in addition to the bike tubes. How would you mount and engine onto a flat bottom?

I would say you would have to fabricate a metal cradle/1piece engine mount, that bolts to the existing engine mounting holes.

Like the V pipe set up some use on the bench… 2 pieces of pipe in a V shape coming up off a plate.

Yeah that works too, I 4got about the work stands for china girl engines. You could also bring 2 pieces of flat plate bolted to the 4 engine mounting bolt holes, down to a piece of flat plate. Or a guy could use both methods

You could technically cast a couple pieces for the bottom and braze them on? To tap for bolts to thread onto, like a 4 stroke honda???

Thats a good idea. I just wanted to make the engine look more complete and structured.
I was also thinking something like this...
