Question on saw carbs.

Uh huh... The problem is the carb takes small fuel line and the tank and filter take bigger line! I was wondering how you or other people worked around that fact. Is there some sort of adapter you use?

Look up hose barb reducer/union

Get a piece of fuel line to fit the smaller barb and warm the end you want to fit over the larger barb and slip it on.

I've seen that trick you mention there, I've also seen the trick where they stuff the smaller hose inside the larger hose. It worked for the guy.

I still would like to know the measurement of the barb OD on the carb and the measurement of the barb OD on the filter

I just heat the end a little and slide it on.
