Adds a little more voltage. Nothing dramatic. Probably just the same pair of weak fridge magnets inside but slightly bigger.

It change's the timing. I think it takes 5 degrees off what ever angle is on the rotor. Don't quote me on it, bit frazzled at the moment.

just curious 1. what would happen if someone where to make a STRONK magnet o_O or take the weak magnet and strengthen it?

You get really strong spark. This is done in russia alot. I can probly find it again an post pics of it translated

The stock magnet can be filed down and the magnets pushed out. Replace it with neodymium bar quater of the orginal size noting the field directions. Epoxy fill the excess. Then the coil needs to be rewound with 2000-3000 more winds of the same fine wire from a second coil. Notes were to not go overboard on magnet size, your coil wont be sized for the field and you will be creating excess magnetic drag. Use roughly same wire but no thick stuff. Small twist if breaks no solder. Keep neat. Ohmn output was 550 +/- 100
