Question Re: Vintage Motorcycles

This one is modeled after a 1904, no springer fork untill '05. I'm not sure what you're calling a "free wheel" all they had was a coaster brake, but by the time they came out with the twin they had what they called a "clutch" on the large counter shaft sprocket, it was just a controlled amount of slip so the large engine wouldn't break as many chains as the solid drive models did.
