Finally one year after my introduction I present my first bike:

$10 bike
$15 seat (priority)
Spooky Tooth 48cc engine
Makes one Rat Ped.

This hobby has potential. :D

Great job! Looks like the 49cc fit perfect. Is that a extra support for the chain tensioner?

Thanks, I think it turned out ok for my first try. Also thanks to Spookytooth they were great to deal with :)

As for the chain tensioner I had to make a support for it because it just didn't sit right on the frame but it was fun to make.

Man I gotta say this little bike turns more heads then my full size motorcycle. Last night I had crowds come out of their houses to see what I was doing :LOL:

Nice bike, I love these in black - you should get a particulate filter for your fuel line or you'll be cleaning your carb pin a lot. Just FYI :)

I also want to make an antique looking gas tank, something more flat sided like the early motorbikes.

I would love a black, barrel-ish shaped tank to go behind my seat to replace my crossbar-mount gastank. I can't find one anywhere.
