Any ideas on how to decrease rolling resistance from the driveline?
Also, what have you guy done to get rid of chain rub on 2 stroke chain?
Thanks

I'm not sure what scenario you are encountering, but with the clutch pulled in the bike should be nearly as easy to pedal as if it didn't have an engine. Sprocket alignment and chain tension will play a big role in resistance. The better the two are, the less drag there will be, and chain drives are about as low resistance as it gets.

As far as rub, it just depends on the frame and wheel. A few quality pictures of the bike and the setup, in particular the sprocket and chain setup, may help us offer better advice.

Oh wow. They do cost a little more lol.
That's a racing chain, so yeah, it's going to be expensive. They also have a 415 Standard Roller chain that is about half the cost.

RK Racing also makes great chains, and they have a 415 chain that is usually around 20 bucks.
