Really gotta get back on two wheels.

I just got back home. I rode the grom for about 50 miles round trip. The thing was a blast, and rides really nice. It's nimble and fit me almost perfectly. The fastest I got it to go was 57mph, but it was a blast. We then went out camping and I brought my fourwheeler. It was an awesome night
 
Everyone says you gotta wring its neck when riding a grom. Ride at redline all the time kinda bike. Fun way to ride around town but seems annoying on dirt roads.
 
I would get a Lifan KP Mini myself. 150cc vertical engine and it can be easily swapped out for larger OHC or OHV engines like the one in my Hawk. Even with the 150cc engine it makes 4hp more than the Grom and has a 5 speed transmission. They also get up to about 75mph in stock form.

Or, even better, the KPM200. It's still a somewhat small bike, but 6 speeds, efi, water cooled, and awesome styling too. I know a few guys on the Chnariders forum and facebook that have one and they love them. Still less than $3k too

Forgot about the kpm200. Those rock! Supposedly lifan is one of the better chinese makes. I got to get a car that's not old enough to drink first but I'm split between a Yamaha TW200 and a CBR250R.
