Rear Tail Light Cover Plate?

I've removed my rear turn signals on my '06 NE5 and need a plate to cover the cavity under the rear brake light. Does such a cavity cover exist or do I need to fabricate one from sheet metal?

Does anyone make aftermarket turn signal guts that do not corrode after a few weeks of sitting? It would be nice not to have to dissassemble and clean before every road trip.

Yes a cavity cover does exist. I have a chrome one but I don't remember where I got it. Good luck.
