recharging Whizzer battery

Hi the battery tender is the safest way I know to charge A bike battery BUT keep in mind you need to have about 4 volt still in the battery for the tender to word.If below you will have to use A old style manual charger to start the process.Hope this helps... Bill Green Vancouver Whizzer
