Not under $30, but one of the best. Pletscher Double Kickstand.
Just looked them up and i can tell you that i would never pay 50 bucks for a center kick stand...I would make one myself first...My 20 dollar center stand was transfered from my old bike to my present build and is now about 5 years old and works just fine...(they are 25 dollars now)...Anything i've ever seen from Switzerland is usually always expensive/overpriced anyways...DAMIEN

...question! I purchased two of the budget ($25-ish) centerstands, and they both seem to not fully retract for some reason. I'm no knee-dragger, and I still get them to touch down on both builds... is that normal?
Are you talking about the ones that fold up together on the left side or are you talking about the ones that dont fold together and just retract to the rear and dont fully go up so as to always drag and spark on the pavement whenever you lean the bike ???...DAMIEN

I use a double left side folding kickstand.
And yes you are seeing a triple chainring shift kit as well.
