Hello folks; do you have any particular recommendations for a 2 stroke carb?
My starting idea were to rely on a Keihin PWK 28; in addiction, due to its popularity,
my eyes fell on the "Thrust" muffler from Gasbike.com (https://www.gasbike.net/products/thrust-racing-muffler-black ), its shape harmonizes fairly well with the bike's lines, if you have better recommendations about any other racing expansion chambers, just let me know.

Hey Otto,

I know this is an older thread but I figured you'd appreciate some feedback ;)

I live in an area with a lot of hills so I went for a high torque setup so I can climb them easily. My bike is set up with a shift kit, so this is important in considering my modifications.
I have installed both a performance carb and an expansion chamber for better torque and more consistent power output. I also have installed a boost bottle for extra protection against 4-stroking and more consistent pressure through the intake manifold.
Here is the carb I purchased: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00U5LUV9E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Here is the expansion chamber: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LNGHHEM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Keep in mind this expansion chamber is a straight pipe, so your engine will be much louder than with the stock muffler. For me, I did not want a goofy looking muffler on my bike, nor the chance to easily burn my leg on a gigantic muffler near my legs. This solves both issues. I do need to be careful where I ride though, so as not to disturb people too much with the added noise. The noise level is not as high as say, a Harley. However I would not redline your engine all the time. The sound is fairly moderate at low RPM's.

Thanks, Dan, I were thinking about this threat just yesterday, It's old indeed but still valid!
Recently I find out a deal on Ebay, consisting into a Mikuni VM18 carburetor on sale (50 bucks), summarily I've never been suggested to purchase the chinese carburetor, as it has a fixed needle
