Repair Help Needed!

Hi. I'm new to motorized bicycles and need help with some basic items.

First, what is the name of a good repair shop in the Kansas City area. Scooter World does not seem interested in working on the bike and JIF ... is out of business.

Second, assuming I cannot locate a place, how do I determine the manufacturer and type of engine and drive mechanisms used on the bicycle. We purchased it and cannot reach the seller. (Just five months later, but I guess that's life.)

I'm not familiar with Kansas I would bet money that if you can post some pictures of your bike that the thousands of minds on this forum can help
you out.
If it is the Chinese 2 stroke engine that came in a kit, they are all almost identical, with a few exceptions.
Parts are interchangeable and the knowledge base here is huge.
