Wayne Palmer in Norther California has two containers full of 1999 -2008 Whizzer Parts. He is about the only one left in USA with parts inventory.

Let him know that Dennis in Florida referred you. I have bought a dozen parts from him the past two years. Be prepared to pay Retail for parts and cheapest shipping from his remote location is to send a prepaid label from Pirate Ship or other shipper. He usually uses USPS and not efficient packaging or rates... usually one price boxes. $$$$$

Yep Whizzer Parts are getting harder to find But you were suppose to save all of Waynes parts for us :ROFLMAO:JKN
Yep, full retail from Wayne, He's uses Whizzer USA parts price list

BTW the band brake isn't very good, It's not made for M/B speeds or trying to stop going down a big hill. It will burn out.
But there is another type that Whizzer used that looks exactly the same but uses brake shoes

I suggest you get this type,

My rear brake says Gigapower on it I haven’t opened it up but it looks like a shoe drum brake and a picture of the front brake

Yep I thought so because 2005 & early 2006 NE-5 had the rubber band brake and then by 2007 it was upgraded to the Drum brake with shoes
Whizzer also sold a drum bake assembly kit so guys could upgrade their rubber band brake

By 2008 Whizzer used disc brakes on the NER and Ambassador
Whizzer also offered a disc brake conversion kit for the rear of previous bikes

But many (like me) chose to upgrade the F&R wheels to a better quality wheels
Worksman Cycles F&R drum brake, clincher rim wheels with 10 gauge spokes .

While the Whizzer front drum brake wheel is very good, The rear wheel hub is prone to early failure and brakes were not very good
That hub was used on all rear wheels from 2005 - 2009 A drum or a disc adapter can be screwed onto the LH side

1999 - 2004 Whizzer's had coaster brake rear wheel & front drum brake
