The disc brake setup is also a good setup.not too easy to do.

Make strong steel bracket for the front brake arm - I used galvanized flat bar, I stole it from a chain link fence :LOL:
Put a slight S curve in the flat bar so the bracket aligns correctly

Drill new holes in the Worksman brake arm to attach bracket

Speedo gear fits perfect in the provided notches but ya gotta center wheel and space the gear from the hub for it all to work right

IDK is that yours or was it a customers bike that you put the disc brake kit on for?
Customer bike, it went back to San Francisco. That's how long I've been putting on the disc brake setup. I have 4 of the disc brake conversion left, should of got more when Paul was still with us.
