So Cal
I noticed my rear wheel squeaking and upon inspection it's the sealed bearings
It's been 17 years and I put over 40K miles on that wheel so I'm not surprised the bearings needed replacing
I took the rubber seals off the old bearings and just as I suspected there was no more grease in the bearings

Basically to replace the bearings ya just punch em out and press in some new ones

I should probably also replace the front wheel sealed bearings they have over 40k miles on em too
Next time I change the front tire I'll replace the front wheel sealed bearings but for now their quiet and smooth,
