Just from my PW50 carbed 48cc engine: It tops out at about 32 mph. But the engine can be loafed along in still air/flat road at about 23~26 mph with the engine running smooth/4 stroking from lack of engine loading. Yet it will happily climb hills towing me and a loaded one wheeled trailer up 5% grade hills at 18 mph with some throttle to spare. No need to pedal assist.
