Sprockets Reverse thread or key way?

wher can I get small ratchiting sprokets with reverse threads or key way (best choice) for use on the other side from the chain drive.

Facing forward I want to put it on a shaft on the left side.

Also if I could get a shaft for it already made, it would help a lot.

Then I will design the rest from there.
